Whiskle was born from my own journey of unravelling and re-weaving. In discovering that what I truly needed was to slow down and find guilt-free stillness, I began to see how rare these spaces are.
Along the way, I came to understand just how deeply women need places where they don't have to hold it all together - where they can rest, feel safe and return to themselves.
Whiskle is the sanctuary I once needed. A gentle, grounding space created for women who feel stretched thin, disconnected or simply ready for something softer.

I have had the privilege of being part of women’s circles facilitated by Karyn from Whiskle for almost 2 years.
Making time for myself, self care and spirituality as well as connecting with this incredible group of women has been the catalyst for an enormous amount of personal growth.
Karyn’s talents especially in Reiki and sound healing are incredible and sessions with Karyn have offered deep physical, emotional and spiritual regulation.

Karyn has such a grounding presence, she makes you feel safe and supported through each session.
She has a very intuitive nature and I can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I’m so grateful to Karyn for her wisdom and support.
Not at all. All Whiskle offerings are beginner-friendly. You’ll be gently guided, and there’s nothing you need to know or do in advance.
Just yourself. If you’d like, you can bring a journal, a water bottle, and a small blanket or cushion for extra comfort. Everything else is provided.
Each session is held in a calm, welcoming space. We’ll begin with a brief chat to help you settle. You’ll then be guided into relaxation before the sound healing or Reiki begins. Many women experience deep rest, emotional release, or quiet clarity.
Whiskle is heart-centred and soul-aware, but not aligned with any religion. You’re welcome exactly as you are, with whatever beliefs you hold.
In most cases yes, but please let me know when booking so we can ensure your comfort and safety. If in doubt, check with your healthcare provider first.
Some women come once a month, others when they feel called. There’s no right frequency - trust what feels supportive for you.
